Terms of Service

Welcome to Aiseo Land. By accessing or using our platform, tools, and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our software.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, accessing the AEO Command Center, or utilizing any of our free tools, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of our services.

2. Description of Service

Aiseo Land provides SaaS tools designed to monitor, track, and optimize brand visibility across Answer Engines including but not limited to ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google Gemini. Our service includes automated data scraping, AI-driven content analysis, and JSON-LD schema generation. We do not guarantee specific rankings, citation frequencies, or search engine results. AI models update frequently and their retrieval methods change unpredictably.

3. User Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Aiseo Land is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack our proprietary ranking heuristics, Upstash workflow architectures, or database schemas.
  • Deploy automated scripts, bots, or scrapers against our frontend or backend APIs outside of the provided interfaces.
  • Abuse our AI integrations (e.g., OpenAI, Perplexity, Gemini) by submitting malicious prompts or attempting prompt injection attacks through our Command Center.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Aiseo Land platform, including but not limited to our neo-brutalist design, codebase, generated schemas, and analytical tools, are the exclusive property of Aiseo Land and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You retain ownership of the specific content you submit to be analyzed.

6. Subscription and Billing

Aiseo Land offers paid subscription tiers ("Pro" plans). All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to alter pricing, storage limits, and API usage limits upon reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aiseo Land and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or digital visibility, resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
