Privacy Policy

At Aiseo Land, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal and business data. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) platform and tools.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide, improve, and secure our services. This includes:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and authentication credentials when you register for a Command Center account.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our platform, tools, and the schemas you generate.
  • Business Data: Website domains, competitor domains, target keywords, and content snippets that you input for AEO analysis.
  • Payment Information: Processed securely via our payment providers (e.g., Razorpay/Stripe). We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is utilized strictly for the following operational purposes:

  • To provide the AEO services, generate JSON-LD schemas, and compile AI visibility reports.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription tier.
  • To communicate important updates and security alerts via email (using services like Resend).
  • To monitor platform stability, prevent fraud, and enforce our Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Third-Party Data Processors

Aiseo Land utilizes advanced AI models to analyze your content. When you run an intelligence scan, your website content and search queries may be processed by third-party APIs such as OpenAI (GPT-4o), Perplexity Sonar, and Google Gemini.

Data Training Policy: We enforce zero-data-retention headers where supported by these providers, ensuring your proprietary data and prompts are not used to train their baseline foundational models. However, you acknowledge that transmission of public URL data to these APIs is subject to their respective privacy terms.

4. Data Security & Storage

We implement robust technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Our database is hosted on secure, modern infrastructure (Neon PostgreSQL), and authentication is managed via industry-standard protocols. Despite our efforts, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request the deletion of your account and associated personal data ("Right to be Forgotten").
  • Opt-out of promotional communications (you can unsubscribe via the link in our emails).

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your active session and secure your account. We may also use anonymous analytics cookies to understand how users navigate our platform and improve our UX. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
